All of the treadmill routines in this workout can be done outside, if you don’t have access to a treadmill. All deadlift and barbell exercises can be substituted with dumbbells.
If you feel like you can do 3-4 more reps at a certain weight once you reach 15 or 20, go up in weight, if you have that accessible to you.
